Gift wrapping and packaging
Your items will arrive lovingly wrapped in tissue paper or a small gift bag within my signature packaging.
I use padded envelopes to ensure you the cheapest shipping rate possible.
Custom and personalized orders
Please feel free to message me with a custom order. Depending on the complexity, please allow 1-2 weeks processing time, as I have multiple responsibilities and want to ensure your order receives the attention it deserves.
Shipping and Handling
I ship all items via Canada Post using Light Packet Air when applicable to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, the buyer. This means that there is no tracking available, and I am not responsible for lost parcels. Please consider upgrading to tracked shipping if this is important to you.
Items take an average of 6-10 international business days to arrive, although I am not responsible for parcels held at your local Customs office, which can extend these times.
